Performance of a script based on letters written by Sacco and Vanzetti, compiled by Felix Frankfurter, who was part of the legal team to defend them at the US Supreme court.  during their seven year incarceration. Sacco and Vanzetti wrote over the years, hundreds of letters that constitute a daily record of determination and despair, hope and desperation, while maintaining a boundless faith in mankind despite the years of torture they were forced to endure. Sacco and Vanzetti held fast to the truth of their innocence, confident it would prevail, confident their sacrifice would spur future generations to battle for justice, equality and liberty. IT did. That is why we are here today.
