This 60 minute session will be a somatic and song journey, beginning with a somatic breath centering practice, then we will orient to the garden and the natural world and interconnection with each other, and play with our voices. We will create soul songs inspired by each other, share and learn a freedom song, and open for anyone who wants to share one of their own for the group to join in.
