For generations, the oppressed have been coerced into petitioning, voting, and protesting within a system engineered from its inception to protect white supremacist, settler colonial interests and elite wealth.

The current crisis where basic human needs are ignored while the billionaire class hoards capital and accelerates ecological collapse is not a failure of the state. It is the system functioning exactly as intended. Amerikkka was never built for the liberation of all people; it was built on stolen land and stolen labor, designed to absorb dissent while maintaining its inherent violence.

Presented by General Strike U.S. (GSUS) and the National Panther Party, this workshop explores the strategy to Strike at the Root. We recognize that we are not merely protesting the state; we are building a new People’s Base, an autonomous economic and social foundation capable of seizing control of and ultimately dismantling the Superstructure (the state, the law,w and the cultural apparatus of the empire). Grounded in Revolutionary Intercommunalism and anti-authoritarian principles, the session will examine how fragmented struggles can synchronize their power to shatter the global colonial order.

Who We Are: An introduction to GSUS as a decentralized, autonomous network grounded in the understanding that our labor is the engine of Racial Capitalism, and our withdrawal is its end.

The Anatomy of General Strike U.S. Strategy and Demands

The National Panther Party will introduce its own organizational perspective and situate its work within the broader tradition of Black revolutionary organizing, intercommunal struggle, and the development of autonomous power.

Building the People’s Base: The strategy to organize 3.5% of the population not as a voting bloc but as an autonomous base of power that renders the settler colonial superstructure obsolete.

The National Panther Party will lead a discussion on Intercommunalism and the 4 Winds Initiative, examining how revolutionary organizing can move beyond isolated struggles and artificial borders to build relationships between communities engaged in interconnected fights.

The discussion will explore the importance of developing intercommunal relationships, autonomous community infrastructure, and coordinated political struggle as part of building a broader movement capable of confronting systems of racial capitalism, colonialism, and imperialism.

Intercommunal Solidarity & Global Expansion: Our strategy for establishing intercommunal networks and building GSUS chapters outside the U.S. borders to create a global People’s movement capable of a revolutionary general strike.

This panel will be composed of organizers from various GSUS chapters. We are currently finalizing the specific speaker list internally to ensure the presentation reflects a broad range of grassroots experiences from within the movement. We are also available to coordinate with other international workshops to strengthen intercommunal solidarity during the event.
