This panel aims to bring together three Brazilian anarchist comrades linked to the OSL. Each of them will speak about a specific activity in which they are currently involved. The first will speak about the editorial experience of Faísca Publicações (https://editorafaisca.net), an independent anarchist publisher that has existed in Brazil for 20 years and has already published more than 50 titles. The talk will focus on the editorial experience: how the titles are chosen, how the work is carried out, how the publisher finances itself, how it makes sales, etc. The second is linked to the Landless Workers’ Movement (MST), the largest social movement in the world, and will speak about the importance of the land issue (and land workers) in the formation of Brazilian society, about the history and activities of the movement, and also about the work that anarchists have carried out in the movement. The third is linked to the Brazilian indigenous movement and will speak about the role of colonization and capitalism in the indigenous genocide in Brazil. Furthermore, it will address how the indigenous movement was and is articulated in the country, in addition to the work that anarchists carry out in the movement.
