Using a blend of GNM (Germanische Heilkunde) and acceptance somatic work, I’m offering a workshop that helps you navigate your healthcare choices, understand how to treat certain symptoms outside of the medical system, navigate the wellness/holistic health symptom-based system, and mostly, understand the links between biological conflicts, physical ailments, and mental health problems. You’ll learn how downgrading your conflicts and observing yourself is the first step to autonomous health.
