2012 NYC ANARCHIST BOOK FAIR TABLING APPLICATION FORM

The 6th Annual NYC Anarchist Book Fair will be held Saturday, April
14th at Judson Memorial Church, 55 Washington Square South, NYC,
between 11am and 7pm!

To request table space, just fill in this form and email it back to us
(not as an attachment) at tables [at] anarchistbookfair [dot] net **by
February 15th**.  We run out of tabling space every year, and
applications submitted before this date are given priority.  We will
follow up as soon as possible with confirmation and payment details,
as well as information on how to place an ad in the program, but
generally it takes us several weeks after the application deadline to
reply with this material so hang tight.  As always, tables and chairs
will be provided.  Tablers are expected to set up and break down their
exhibits and clean up any debris in their exhibit area.  Set-up hours:
8:30-10:30am.  Breakdown and clean-up hours: 7-9pm.  Please email info

suggestions and inquiries about scheduling or other general
information (aside from applying for a table or logistical questions
about tabling which can both be directed to the 'tables' email
address).

If you're representing a for-profit enterprise, and according to your
ability, please consider paying at the higher end of the scale to help
offset costs, and indicate the amount you would pay in the space
above.
